Class Descriptions
Level 1 - a basic class for beginners or anyone who wants a slower, more gentle class.
Level 2 - an active, more challenging class which may include flowing sequences transitioning smoothly from pose to pose with the breath. Prior yoga experience or being physically fit is advised.
ALL LEVELS - a mixed level class with modifications given for beginners and alternatives given for those seeking a more challenging practice.
1/2 & 1/2 - a sweat and surrender class. This class begins with dynamic stretching to release your week’s tension and concludes with a restorative cool down to passively stretch tight muscles and unwind from your work week.

Class Etiquette
PLEASE...
Newcomers arrive 15 minutes in advance of your first class to fill out necessary paperwork and submit payment.
Remove your shoes in the hallway and store before entering the studio.
Arrive early for class, sign in, collect your mat and necessary props, and settle in quietly.
Late arrivals please enter the studio quietly.
Silence your cell phone completely; no vibrate setting.
Refrain from wearing perfume or any heavily scented products to class.
Notify your instructor before class of any serious health conditions (including high blood pressure, heart disease, recent surgery, pregnancy, etc.) or injuries.
Avoid eating a large meal for at least 2-3 hours before your class.
